By using our website, purchasing a Mystery Box, or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the website immediately.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Oxmeo.com, including the purchase of Mystery Boxes and participation in the affiliate program, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly, as we may update them from time to time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Purchase of Mystery Boxes
2.1 Product Information
Oxmeo.com offers three categories of Mystery Boxes: Silver (1500 PKR), Gold (3000 PKR), and Platinum (5000 PKR). Each Mystery Box contains “branded items with a 100% guarantee” of authenticity. By purchasing a Mystery Box, you agree that the contents are random and non-refundable.
2.2 Payment Terms
All payments for Mystery Boxes must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, and you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order. Currently, payments are processed through a personal account under Mashhad Ali, but this may change upon the business being formally registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
2.3 No Refund Policy
As the contents of the Mystery Boxes are random, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Once a purchase is made and the box is delivered, it cannot be returned. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review product descriptions before completing their purchase.
2.4 Delivery of Products
Upon successful payment, the Mystery Box will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. “All orders will be delivered within 14 days” of purchase. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
2.5 Pricing
Prices for Mystery Boxes are subject to change at our sole discretion. The price applicable at the time of purchase will be the price displayed at checkout.
3. Affiliate Program
3.1 Program Overview
Oxmeo.com offers an affiliate program that allows registered users to earn a commission on sales of Mystery Boxes by referring customers to the website. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to abide by the program terms, which include promoting the product ethically and lawfully.
3.2 Commission and Payouts
Affiliates earn up to 45% commission on each sale generated through their unique affiliate links. Affiliate sales are tracked via cookies, which expire after 30 days. Payouts are processed when the affiliate earns 10,000 PKR, through bank transfer, and are subject to confirmation of the sale.
3.3 Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates are responsible for promoting Oxmeo.com in a lawful and ethical manner. Misleading advertising, spamming, or unauthorized marketing practices are strictly prohibited. Affiliates found engaging in such practices may have their accounts terminated, and commissions forfeited.
3.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we deem to be in violation of these Terms, including fraud or misuse of the affiliate program.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership of Content
All content on Oxmeo.com, including but not limited to Mystery Boxes, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Mashhad Ali and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from this website without prior written consent.
4.2 License to Use
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of the content for commercial purposes, including distribution or resale, is strictly prohibited.
5. User Accounts
5.1 Registration
Certain services on Oxmeo.com, such as the affiliate program, may require you to create a user account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mashhad Ali, Oxmeo.com, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims arising from your actions.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of “Pakistan”, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in “Karachi, Pakistan”.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, labor disputes, power outages, or failures of telecommunications or internet services.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Oxmeo.com regarding your use of the website and purchase of Mystery Boxes, superseding any prior agreements or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
